Qualifications

• Hands-on familiarity with Differentiated Instruction and Synchronous Learning.
• Strong command of Differentiated Instruction and ADDIE Model.

Responsibilities

• Map handoffs between GA teams to prevent gaps.
• Bridge Project Management and Interpersonal Skills to avoid silos.
• Steer ADDIE Model roadmap with confidence and humility.
• Maintain EY customer experience during Synchronous Learning changes.
• Monitor quality and flag issues early.
