Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a Training Manager to deliver hands-on, in-store training that strengthens operational execution, food quality, food safety, and team performance across allBridge Restaurant Group locations. The role partners with District Managers and Operations Leadership to identify gaps, implement corrective training plans, and support stores in achieving targets.

Responsibilities

• In-Store Training: Conduct hands-on training sessions for new hires, existing employees, and leadership teams.
• Certification: Certify employees on all positions using standardized checklists and performance evaluations.
• Consistency: Support General Managers in executing training practices across all shifts.
• Retraining: Lead retraining initiatives for stores with gaps in QSC, food safety, or speed of service.
• Brand alignment: Ensure training content aligns with Wingstop brand standards and Bridge Restaurant Group requirements.
• Analysis & reporting: Analyze performance trends and prepare detailed training summaries after store visits.
