AOE International in Illinois seeks a Training Manager to lead all instruction at the Hub, owning the CEJA Core Curricula and Career Pathways. You will build the cohort calendar, capacity plan, and supervise 4-8 instructors while teaching parts of the Construction Career Cluster foundation.

You will ensure courses align with industry standards, manage labs and safety, and coordinate with employer partners to drive outcomes for participants from underrepresented communities.

Qualificações

• Five or more years in electrical, solar or construction trades or technical training.
• Experience designing curriculum, assessments or lab instruction.
• Experience supervising instructors or leading a crew.
• Journeyman electrician status, NABCEP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to connect with adult learners from diverse communities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all instruction at the assigned Hub and own the CEJA Core Curricula and Career Pathways.
• Build the cohort calendar and training capacity plan; coordinate with the Navigator.
• Hire, schedule, observe and coach instructors.
• Set up and maintain labs, including safety inspections and equipment inventory.
• Manage credential provider requirements (OSHA outreach, First Aid/CPR/AED, NABCEP status).
• Teach the Construction Career Cluster foundation and cover classes when needed.
• Review attendance and assessment results weekly and arrange tutoring and re-teaching.
• Present curriculum and results to employer advisory group and act on recommendations.
