Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing curriculum and assessments for occupational training.
• Ability to connect with adult learners from diverse communities.
• Experience supervising instructors or leading a crew.
• Familiarity with lab setup (solar, electrical, EVSE) and safety.
• Ability to align lessons with industry standards and employer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Finalize lesson plans, assessments and labs aligned to the 2027-2029 Clean Jobs Curriculum Framework.
• Build cohort calendar and capacity plan; coordinate start dates and pathways.
• Hire, schedule, observe and coach instructors; ensure requirements are met.
• Set up and maintain solar, electrical, and EVSE labs; manage safety inspections.
• Manage credential provider requirements and exam scheduling.
• Teach Construction Career Cluster foundation when needed.
• Review attendance and assessments; arrange tutoring and re-assessment.
• Present curriculum results to employer advisory group and act on recommendations.
