i2G Systems seeks a Training Coordinator to orchestrate companywide training calendars, regional sessions, and vendor-led programs. You will align staffing forecasts with office training needs and assist the Training Manager in scheduling initiatives across teams.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with Smartsheet, plus experience coordinating multiple projects and vendors.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Exceptional Organizational skills.
• Able to handle multiple requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to communicate ideas and information effectively, across all levels of leadership.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
• Smartsheet experience preferred but not required.
• Previous coordinator experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Companywide Training Calendar, ensuring it is updated weekly.
• Coordinate regional training sessions across all offices.
• Align training resources with hiring forecasts for all offices.
• Work with the Training Manager to coordinate projects and forecast future training classes.
• Other duties, as assigned.
• Coordinate manufacturer training scheduling for all offices (Genetec, LenelS2, DMP, etc.).
• Coordinate with the Safety Team to schedule annual lift training and other required in-person training (DCJS, First Aid & CPR, FAST, etc.).
• Support Lead Technical Trainer and Learning Systems & Digital Content Administrator in creating timetables for training courses.
• Manage vendor seat allocation and calendar alignment.
• Coordinate post-onboarding training flow with Learning Systems & Digital Content Administrator and HR.
• Track action items from weekly Enterprise and Operations meetings.
• Collaborate with all departments to prevent blockers from occurring.
