Chick-fil-A Hwy 287 & Arapahoe Rd in Lafayette, CO is seeking an Assistant Director of Training to join our leadership team. This role focuses on developing people, maintaining training systems, and ensuring Team Members are prepared to succeed. Sundays off, full-time position, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

You will coach and develop Trainers, create weekly training schedules, and partner with restaurant leaders to improve processes and consistency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership or training experience required.
• Strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills.
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and consistent with follow-through.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Maintain training plans and track progress for new and existing Team Members.
• Coach, develop, and hold FOH and BOH Trainers accountable to training standards.
• Create and communicate weekly training schedules.
• Monitor Pathway completion and reinforce Chick-fil-A procedures.
• Identify training gaps and coordinate additional coaching and development.
• Partner with leadership to improve training processes and operational consistency.
• Provide timely feedback, recognize progress, and support restaurant shifts as needed.
