Job summary

Anduril Industries is building the future of defense manufacturing by transforming how we train, develop, and scale our workforce. The Program Manager, Supply Chain & Warehouse Training will lead the hands-on execution of training across warehousing and materials operations, starting with a standardized onboarding curriculum for core roles and expanding across sites.

You will manage two training specialists, drive data-driven improvements, and ensure alignment with production standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Learning & Development or Program Management.
• Experience supporting supply chain, warehouse, or materials management.
• Experience leading direct reports (2).
• Proven ability to standardize and scale training across multiple sites.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain US security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day training execution for warehousing and materials operations.
• Stand up onboarding and training curricula for core roles.
• Manage training on Oracle, Forge WMS, and Autotime.
• Coach two training specialists and ensure quality delivery.
• Measure training outcomes and drive improvements.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Production leadership to align training with operations.
