This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership of warehouse operations, material flow engineering, inventory controls, and global deployment support, driving continuous improvement, safety, and regulatory compliance (ITAR/EAR, OSHA) across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, logistics, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in warehousing, distribution, or supply chain management, focused on finished goods.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership managing warehouse teams.
• Proven track record scaling warehousing operations across multiple sites.
• Expertise in WMS, ERP, and logistics tech.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments with ambiguity.
• Knowledge of 5S, Lean, or Six Sigma, on-floor implementation.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a finished goods warehousing strategy across domestic and international facilities.
• Oversee warehouse operations, material flow engineering, and returns end-to-end.
• Ensure efficient picking, packing, and shipping with FIFO and traceability.
• Create standardized SOPs and best practices for global deployment facilities.
• Build and mentor a high-performing warehousing team.
• Implement inventory controls and government property compliance.
• Evaluate and optimize ERP/WMS systems for accuracy and throughput.
• Establish KPIs for warehousing health and drive accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for forecasting and deployment planning.
• Manage warehousing budgets and cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (ITAR/EAR, OSHA) and AS9100 quality.
• Prepare for hyperscale growth and multi-site expansion.
