Qualifications

• 5+ years in supply chain with emphasis on production planning, material planning, or master scheduling in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to manage demand and supply planning processes and keep production teams informed.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP/MRP systems; familiarity with Oracle is a plus.
• Working knowledge of procurement, supplier management, and inventory management.
• Comfort leading as both IC and people leader; mentor small teams.
• Strong cross‑functional communication with production, engineering, and finance.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; US Security Clearance is required to obtain.
• Experience in aerospace/defense or multi‑site supply chain is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own master scheduling and material planning for the Quonset site as the central point for demand/supply planning.
• Lead day‑to‑day tactical planning rhythm and ensure visibility of future needs.
• Maintain data accuracy across Oracle and Forge/Foundry; verify revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with Head of Production on daily cadence and reporting.
• Identify planning gaps and build toward scalable planning functions; plan for future hiring.
• Oversee PO status and triage procurement issues.
• Monitor supplier delivery performance and inventory health; escalate shortages.
• Handle on‑site procurement needs including facilities and MRO items.
• Provide light supervision for materials and warehouse operations at the site.
• Coordinate with operations teams on inventory management and warehouse priorities.
• Navigate Anduril's 3Si shared site services in planning/warehousing context.
• Support daily decision making with Head of Production and finance teams.
• Collaborate with US‑based Supply Chain to apply best practices.
