Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks a Head of Finished Goods & Deployments Warehousing to lead all finished goods warehousing and fulfillment operations. You will own end-to-end inventory management, pre‑deployment staging, outbound fulfillment, spares stock, and returns for deployed assets, reporting into Mission Readiness.

The role requires deep operational expertise in finished goods distribution and a strategic vision to build a scalable, world‑class warehousing function globally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, industrial engineering, logistics, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of warehousing, distribution, fulfillment, or supply chain management experience with finished goods focus.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing warehouse teams.
• Proven track record building/scaling warehousing across multiple sites.
• Expertise with WMS/ERP systems and logistics tech.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with data-driven decisions.
• Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments; able to manage ambiguity.
• Knowledge of 5S/Lean/Six Sigma principles and on-floor implementation.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for multi-site support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive finished goods warehousing and fulfillment strategy across domestic and international facilities.
• Lead the finished goods warehousing function end-to-end: operations, material flow, staging, spares, returns.
• Oversee daily warehousing operations including picking, packing, and shipping with FIFO and traceability.
• Create and deploy standardized SOPs and best practices for global rollout.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing team across warehouse management and engineering.
• Implement end-to-end inventory controls to ensure accuracy and deployment readiness.
• Evaluate and optimize ERP/WMS systems to improve traceability and throughput.
• Establish KPIs for warehouse health and drive accountability to targets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Deployments Planning, Supply Chain, Production, Quality, and Logistics.
• Manage warehousing budget to reduce costs while maintaining service levels.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR, OSHA, and AS9100 standards across all activities.
• Plan scalable layouts and staffing for hyperscale growth across new sites.
