Qualifikationen

• Previous training, mentoring, coaching, or lead experience preferred.
• Comfortable working on production floor and supporting operational tasks.
• Willingness to adjust hours to cover all shifts.

• Facilitate classroom, video-based, and hands-on training activities.
• Demonstrate standard work, equipment operation, and safe work practices.
