Job summary

Qualifications

• Previous training, mentoring, coaching, or Lead experience preferred.
• Ability to provide clear instruction, demonstrate operational tasks, and evaluate employee competency in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding, qualification, and cross-training programs.
• Coach employees through qualification and development.
