BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina is seeking a Specialist, Training II to identify training needs, develop materials, and facilitate sessions.

The role requires 3 years of training experience (plus 1 year in insurance) and strong project management, with a hybrid onsite arrangement in Columbia, SC. You will collaborate with management and cross-functional teams to ensure impactful learning solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree equivalency accepted: 4 years related work or 2 years related work experience.
• 3 years of job-related experience including 2 years training experience plus 1 year insurance-related work experience.
• Strong project management, planning, and data gathering abilities.
• Familiar with a variety of training technology (audio/visual, virtual, webinars, podcasts, teleconferences).

Responsabilités

• Lead training projects from needs assessments to final deliverables meeting customer specifications and deadlines.
• Develop, revise and update training materials and assessments.
• Deliver technical and non-technical training to staff, business partners and customers.
• Coach and train trainees; provide guidance and reporting to management.
• Prepare reports and presentations as requested.
