Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of job-related experience, including 2 years in training.
• Experience in insurance industry preferred.
• Strong MS Office and training tools experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead training projects from needs assessments to final delivery.
• Develop materials and assessments; facilitate sessions.
• Train employees, partners, and external customers.
• Report trainee progress to management and adjust programs.
