We are seeking an experienced Training Instructor and Curriculum Developer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs. This position is ideal for an engaging instructor who can translate operational requirements and complex information into clear, structured, and effective learning experiences.

The successful candidate will have experience developing curricula, facilitating instructor‑led training, evaluating learner performance, and improving programs based on measurable results. A military training background and Master Training certification are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive training curricula.
• Create lesson plans, facilitator guides, participant materials, assessments, presentations, and other instructional resources.
• Deliver engaging classroom, hands‑on, and virtual training sessions.
• Establish measurable learning objectives that align with operational and organizational needs.
• Use adult‑learning principles and instructional‑design best practices.
• Evaluate learner comprehension, participation, and overall performance.
• Measure training effectiveness and revise programs based on feedback, results, and changing requirements.
• Partner with leadership and subject‑matter experts to identify training needs and performance gaps.
• Maintain accurate training records and ensure materials remain current and consistent.
• Promote a professional learning environment focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience developing curricula and delivering instructor‑led training.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, communication, and classroom‑management skills.
• Ability to organize complex information into clear and practical training materials.
• Experience developing assessments and measuring training effectiveness.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple training projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Military instructional or training background.
• Completion of a recognized military instructor school.
• Master Training Specialist, Master Trainer, or comparable certification.
• Experience training employees in operational, technical, safety, or leadership environments.
• Familiarity with learning‑management systems and e‑learning development.
• Knowledge of instructional‑design models, such as ADDIE.
