Overview of this position
TADE Group, LLC is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager (PM)/Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Training Instructor to support an instructional systems design and training requirement.
The ISD Training Instructor will be responsible for the performance of the work and day-to-day contract operations.
Required Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of experience designing, developing, managing, and delivering instructor-led training programs, preferably within U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), Defense Health Agency (DHA), military, or Federal Government environments.
- Demonstrated experience applying the ADDIE instructional design methodology to develop, implement, and evaluate training solutions.
- Experience delivering both in-person classroom instruction and virtual instructor-led training (VILT) using platforms such as Microsoft Teams or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning, Training & Development, Educational Technology, or a closely related discipline. A Master's degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience conducting training needs assessments, developing curricula, lesson plans, facilitator guides, participant materials, and instructional resources.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional systems design, competency-based learning, and instructional evaluation methodologies.
- Experience supporting multiple training initiatives while coordinating with clients, subject matter experts, and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and project coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with one or more of the following will be highly preferred:
- Experience supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA), Military Health System (MHS), or other U.S. Federal agencies.
- Experience serving as a Program Manager, Training Lead, or Lead Instructional Systems Designer on government contracts.
- Experience developing instructor-led, blended learning, and eLearning solutions.
- Experience conducting training needs analyses, learning gap assessments, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Expertise in curriculum design, course modernization, instructional strategies, and learning objective development.
- Experience measuring training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick or similar evaluation models and producing training metrics and after-action reports.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and other collaborative learning technologies.
- Active or previous experience supporting DoD healthcare education, readiness training, medical training, or professional military education programs.
