Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a federal construction management system, supporting virtual and in-person sessions. You will work with personnel, project managers, engineering staff, and external contractors to ensure knowledge transfer and successful system usage across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience; travel may be required.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Respond to participant questions and provide functional guidance during training activities.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement throughout training sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers regarding course schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training delivery methods and materials.
