Job summary

Siemens Mobility is establishing a new on-site Training & Qualification function at the Pendergrass, GA facility. The Training and Engagement Manager will design strategy, curriculum, and processes to support a growing hourly manufacturing workforce and align with safety and quality goals.

You will develop onboarding, technical training, and trainer programs, partnering with site leadership, Operations, EHS, and P&O to shape culture and workforce readiness.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of leadership experience in high-growth manufacturing or education environments.
• Experience leading workforce training or curriculum development for hourly manufacturing staff.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the site's Training & Qualification function from the ground up.
• Create strategy, curriculum, processes, systems, and trainer organization.
• Develop onboarding and technical training for hourly employees.
• Collaborate with EHS to integrate safety content into onboarding.
• Define trainer staffing model and hire, develop, and lead trainers.
• Measure training effectiveness and drive readiness, quality, safety, and performance.
• Support employee engagement programs, surveys, and culture initiatives.
