Job summary

Siemens in Pendergrass, GA is establishing a new on-site Training & Engagement function to support a growing hourly manufacturing workforce. The Training & Engagement Manager will craft strategy, curriculum, processes, and a trainer organization to enable workforce readiness and strong engagement across site leadership, Operations, EHS, P&O, and technical experts.

The role reports to the Plant Manager and focuses on onboarding, technical training, safety integration, and measuring training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5–10 years of leadership in high-growth manufacturing or education environment.
• Experience leading manufacturing training or curriculum development.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Training & Qualification function aligned with business objectives.
• Design scalable onboarding and technical training for hourly employees.
• Develop practical curriculum and delivery standards.
• Integrate safety content into onboarding with EHS support.
• Adapt practices from Siemens operations to local needs.
• Define trainer staffing model and lead trainers at scale.
• Measure training effectiveness and improve readiness, quality, safety, and performance.
• Support employee engagement programs and culture initiatives.
