Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of engineering experience in manufacturing, industrial, or electrical products.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams and execution processes.
• Experience interpreting customer specifications, drawings, and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience with product configuration, order execution, and engineering design processes.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving operational improvements.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of order engineers for configuring busway and busplug solutions.
• Manage the order engineering workflow and release of documentation, BOMs, drawings, and ECRs.
• Provide technical leadership on product applications, standards, and design requirements.
• Drive engineering execution to meet commitments and production schedules.
• Collaborate with sales, PM, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and product engineering.
