Job summary

Insight Global is hiring Training Documentation Specialists to support a leading nonprofit healthcare organization with a large-scale Workday Supply Chain implementation.

This role will turn Workday processes into clear, user-friendly documentation and training materials. You will develop job aids, user manuals, and training content, collaborate with SMEs, and support both virtual and in-person end-user training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years developing training or documentation materials.
• 2+ years working with an ERP such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
• Supply Chain and procure-to-pay experience.
• Experience documenting processes, workflows, or system procedures.
• Willing to travel up to 25% from May through July 2027.

Compensation:

$41-53hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
