Job summary

Lam Research is seeking a Training Coordinator to support the Customer Support group. You will coordinate training requirements with customers and centers, maintain LMS data, and manage calendars, instructors, and orders across multiple training centers.

The role involves creating training plans, coordinating sessions, and processing related financial transactions within the LMS and databases. Hybrid on-site/remote options are available, with opportunities to support multiple centers.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years related experience required.
• Ability to coordinate training, scheduling and enrollment.
• Familiarity with documentation and filing processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training requirements with customers and centers.
• Update financial data in the LMS to ensure accuracy.
• Manage training center calendars, instructor assignments, and orders.
• Develop training plans and coordinate delivery for ETMP/STCP.
• Create training sessions and enrollments; administer feedback from customers.
• Produce weekly enrollment reports for designated divisions.
