Responsibilities

• Provide classroom, in-person, in-lab, and online training to new hires.
• Manage up to 3 cohorts of new hires simultaneously.
• Conduct in-lab practicals and weekly assessments.
• Coordinate with technical training team on scheduling of new hire training.
• Provide tailored 1:1 training as needed by trainee area of focus.
• Track performance in the training dashboard.
• Report issues or updates with the TPM team.
• Learn lab tools in-depth for advanced training.
