Job summary

Chick-fil-A | League City Towne Center is seeking a dynamic leader to own training programs and staff development. You will lead open/close shifts, oversee onboarding, and ensure FOH proficiency across positions while upholding the Operator’s Vision and Core Values.

You will interview candidates, manage training documentation, and drive eRQA/DFSE compliance. The role includes building training plans, evaluating new hires at 30/60/90 days, and coordinating with trainers to ensure timely

• Experience leading training initiatives and teams.
• Ability to conduct interviews and screen candidates.
• Knowledge of onboarding processes and training folders.

Responsibilities

• Open / close full-time availability day and night.
• Embody the Operator’s Vision, Mission and Core Values.
• Execute current year Talent & Training Business Plan.
• Proficiency in all FOH positions.
• Lead by example and curb inappropriate behaviors.
• Lead a shift (opening and closing) with excellence.
• Demonstrate leadership that earns respect, not authority.
• Hold all levels accountable to procedures and policies.
• Interview and screen applicants effectively.
• Explain and walk through onboarding guidance and training folders.
• Manage training documents as needed.
• Complete eRQA/DFSE when required.
• Proficient with BOH positions and procedures.
• Oversee ambassadors recruiting from local schools and organizations.
• Develop criteria for interviewing candidates.
• Efficiently manage all applications.
• Select trainers and ensure certification for training. Complete new-hire paperwork.
• Input new employees into the system.
• Collaborate to keep folders accurate and up-to-date.
• Conduct regular trainer meetings.
• Do 30, 60 & 90 day evaluations of new hires.
• Recertify team members as needed.
• Prepare team for new product rollouts.
• Manage the eRQA program and weekly leadership trend reports.
• Train and develop catering execution to Chick-fil-A standards.
• Uniform management (delegated).
• Ensure timely completion of training.
