Job summary

Center for Energy and Environment (CEE) is seeking a Training Development Specialist in Minneapolis to design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences that support a clean energy transition. You will apply instructional design and visual storytelling to simplify technical topics for diverse audiences.

Role reports to Curriculum Development Manager and collaborates with internal staff, SMEs, and external vendors. Hybrid work includes 1–2 days on-site in Minneapolis or Roseville.

Qualifications

• Experience designing learning materials for adult learners.
• Knowledge of instructional design theory and adult learning principles.
• Ability to translate complex content into clear visuals and learning assets.

Responsibilities

• Design and build interactive eLearning and blended learning.
• Create clear, visually coherent representations of complex information.
• Deliver training to internal and external audiences across multiple modalities.
