An established industry player is seeking a dynamic Training and Development Supervisor to lead the design and delivery of impactful training programs. The Training and Development Supervisor plans, organizes and delivers a wide-range of training programs for new hires and existing employees. The training will focus on work processes and procedures, product, systems, sales and customer service. Facilitation of classes will be either face-to-face or one-on-one. The Specialist will participate in Operations meetings and will keep apprised of training needs by interaction with Operational leaders and through review of Quality Assurance evaluations and Dispatch Error summaries. Participates in the analysis of the employee’s specific training needs to make recommendations for developing new programs and on-the-job specific refreshers that help employees maintain and improve their job skills. Additionally, will evaluate training effectiveness to ensure that the training the employee groups receive helps the organization meet its strategic business goals and achieve results. Will create lesson plans for classwork and utilize own knowledge as well as existing media to conduct classes.
This is an onsite role in our Mt. Juliet TN facility.
