Job summary

Avalore.ai is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive training programs for the WDP System and data platform. You will collaborate with customer success teams and SMEs to identify gaps, develop curricula, and create engaging learning content across e-learning, instructor-led, and online formats.

Qualifications

• Requires SECRET Security Clearance.
• Bachelor's Degree required across all levels.
• Strong communication and self-starter mindset; English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs across multiple modalities to increase user adoption and proficiency.
• Develop curricula and learning materials for different user roles and skill levels.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, feedback, performance data, and adoption metrics.
• Maintain and update training content; support LMS activities and track certifications.
