The role bridges complex AI technologies with practical tool usage, ensuring staff are upskilled to adopt AI-powered platforms within SPA governance frameworks. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in training, experience in delivering varied formats, knowledge of generative AI/ML concepts, and holds an Active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
Experience developing training programs for staff.
Instructor-led, virtual, self-paced and blended training delivery.
Knowledge of generative AI and ML concepts, AI risks, prompt development, and validation.
Experience with DoD AI tools and frameworks (genAI.mil, NIST RMF).
Active Secret clearance.
Arlington, VA reporting up to full-time as needed.

Responsibilities
