Job summary

Avalore, LLC is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evaluate comprehensive training programs for the WDP System and data platform, enhancing user adoption and proficiency.

You will conduct training needs analyses with customer success teams and subject matter experts to build curricula for different roles, create engaging learning content (e-learning, instructor-led materials, videos, assessments), and deliver through workshops, webinars, and self-paced online

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and U.S. work authorized.
• Strong communication and self-starting work ethic.
• Proficiency with MS Office and learning tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs for the WDP System and data platform.
• Conduct needs analyses with customer success and subject matter experts.
• Create e-learning, instructor-led materials, videos, and assessments.
• Deliver training via in-person, webinars, and self-paced courses.
• Maintain and update training materials; track LMS activities.
