Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking an experienced facilitator to deliver inclusive, interactive workshops, adapting content in real time to audience responses and needs. You will engage participants, tailor material, and ensure clear learning outcomes across sessions.

You will coordinate training logistics, track attendance, gather feedback, and collaborate with departments to identify development needs, while refining programs based on best practices and participant input.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience facilitating team conversations.
• 2–4 years using virtual training tools (Teams/Zoom).
• 1–3 years using AI and automation to create content and improve processes.
• Experience planning and coordinating training and event schedules.
• Experience facilitating strategic and difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

Skills

• 1-3 years of experience using AI and automation tools to develop content, streamline processes, and improve systems.
• Must have experience with planning and coordinating training and event schedules.
• Experience facilitating strategic conversations, difficult conversations, reframing the question, and course correcting as needed.
