Job summary

Hynes Industries Inc. is seeking a seasoned Training Director to design, deliver, and optimize enterprise-wide learning programs.

You will lead program development, onboarding, leadership development, and the implementation of modern e-learning solutions, blending formats to fit the needs of a diverse workforce. Partner with senior leaders to set strategy, define objectives, measure ROI, and manage budgets, vendors, and the training team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training, learning & development, or HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with instructional design, adult learning principles, and e-learning platforms.
• Strong knowledge of LMS and HRIS software.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage training programs, workshops, and e-learning.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and align training with organizational goals.
• Oversee onboarding programs for new hires to ensure successful integration into the company.
• Lead development of long-term training strategies and track effectiveness through KPIs.
• Establish measurable training objectives and track ROI.
• Recommend innovative learning methods, including digital platforms and blended learning solutions.
• Manage career development and mentorship programs, creating personalized development plans.
• Facilitate leadership development programs for current and emerging leaders.
• Ensure training programs meet legal, regulatory, and industry compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Lead and mentor the training team, managing budgets, vendor relationships, and contracts.
