Job summary

The role emphasizes using AI and automation tools to develop content, plus planning and coordinating training events; you will guide strategic conversations and tackle challenging topics to keep programs effective.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience facilitating team conversations.
• 2-4 years of experience using virtual training software such as Teams or Zoom.
• 1-3 years of experience using AI and automation tools to develop content, streamline processes, and improve systems.
• Must have experience with planning and coordinating training and event schedules.
• Experience facilitating strategic conversations, difficult conversations, reframing the question, and course correcting as needed.
