The candidate will develop processes, systems, and frameworks for a comprehensive technical training program for EMD's Telecommunications Maintenance Group, collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and technical teams to create course content for assets including Subway, Bus, Police Radio Systems, CCTV, Access Intrusion Systems, Public Address, Customer Information Systems, Help Point Intercoms, Emergency Systems, and Network Systems.
Design-related experience is not acceptable for minimum requirements.
Some positions require a valid NY State motor vehicle driver license, maintained throughout employment.
