Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Social Services required.
• Current PA Driver’s License with clearances needed.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Adult Day Services Coordinator to improve participant quality of life.
• Maintain a respectful and safe environment for participants.
• Document participant progress and attend ISP review meetings.
• Assist participants with daily living activities as needed.
