• Operate, monitor, adjust, and troubleshoot cheese processing and packaging equipment.
• Lead day-to-day line activities, provide instruction, and support production flow.
• Complete quality checks, production documentation, and Lot Tracking requirements.
• Support GMPs, safety programs, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
