Cloud and Things in Jefferson City, MO is seeking a Training Manager to support the State of Missouri ConneXion Implementation. You will coordinate statewide training readiness, align activities with release schedules, and work with the DMH Training Team, Solution Vendor, and IV&V.

The role includes content development and ensuring accessibility compliance. The position requires at least 4 years of coordinating training programs, strong LMS and authoring-tool skills (Articulate, Captivate),

Qualifikationen

• At least 4 years coordinating or managing training programs for large enterprise implementations or multi-site rollouts.
• Experience with adult learning principles and statewide or large-scale training delivery.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms, Articulate or Captivate, and project tools such as Teams, SharePoint, Jira, and ADO.
• Experience ensuring training materials comply with Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility requirements.

• Coordinate training activities across project phases and work with DMH Training Team and stakeholders to ensure statewide readiness.
• Support development and review of training content and align activities with release schedules.
• Coordinate statewide or large-scale training delivery and logistics, including onsite readiness.
• Ensure materials comply with accessibility requirements (Section 508 and WCAG 2.2 AA).
• Monitor statewide training participation, attendance tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate readiness across multiple releases, testing cycles, and go-lives.
• Utilize LMS, training tools, and collaboration platforms to support training delivery and tracking.
• Maintain 100% dedication to the ConneXion project with quarterly onsite training.
