Job summary

Uline, a leading shipping materials company, seeks a Training Development Intern for Summer 2027. This paid, 12-week on-site internship offers hands-on experience in creating training content, improving learning programs, and supporting employee growth.

You will build modules, research leadership development topics, and review feedback to improve training materials, mentored by a dedicated supervisor. Open to junior-status college students; Articulate experience preferred.
