Uline is offering a 2027 Training & Development Intern role at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This paid 12-week summer internship focuses on creating training content, improving learning programs, and supporting employee growth.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential. This on-site internship includes a dedicated mentor, housing for out-of-town interns, and opportunities to join Uline full-time after graduation.

Position Responsibilities

• Build instructional design skills by creating training modules and materials that support employee learning and development.
• Research leadership development topics and emerging learning trends to help improve training effectiveness.
• Review employee feedback to identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve training materials.

Minimum Requirements

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in Articulate preferred.
