Job summary

Uline, corporate headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI, is hiring a Training Development Intern for Summer 2027. This 12-week, full-time internship gives you hands-on experience creating training content, improving learning programs, and supporting employee growth on-site at Uline.

You will build instructional design skills, research leadership development topics, and review feedback to improve training materials.

Position Responsibilities

• Build instructional design skills by creating training modules and materials that support employee learning and development.
• Research leadership development topics and emerging learning trends to help improve training effectiveness.
• Review employee feedback to identify trends and recommend opportunities to improve training materials.

Minimum Requirements

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in Articulate preferred.
