Job summary

Uline is seeking a Training Development Intern for Summer 2027 at its Corporate Headquarters in Wisconsin. The 12-week, paid internship offers hands-on experience in instructional design, creating training modules, and supporting employee growth on-site with housing support for out-of-town interns.

Responsibilities include researching leadership development topics, improving training materials, and reviewing feedback to drive learning program effectiveness.

Qualifications

• This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in Articulate preferred.
