Job summary

Uline is seeking a Training & Development Intern for Summer 2027 at our Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. This 12-week, full-time internship offers hands-on experience in creating training content, improving learning programs, and supporting employee growth.

You will build instructional materials, explore leadership development topics, and incorporate employee feedback. A mentor will guide you; housing is provided if you're coming from out of town, with strong prospects to join

• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail.
• Experience in Articulate preferred.
