Job summary

Aldridge Electric is seeking a Training and Development Coordinator to join our Des Plaines, IL team. The role focuses on maintaining training records in Cornerstone LMS, coordinating class delivery logistics, and supporting Continuing Safety Education programs across divisions.

You will manage the monthly training calendar, assist with registrations, and help produce monthly T&D communications. A Bachelor's in a related field and strong organizational skills are required, with experience in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field.
Experience with Cornerstone LMS highly preferred.
Analytically-minded with ability to improve processes.
Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

Maintain training records in the LMS and provide reports.
Coordinate training delivery logistics (F&B, materials, signages, meet-n-greets).
Manage Division Continuing Safety Education programming and delivery logistics.
Maintain monthly training calendar and ensure trainers have required materials.
Assist with training registrations and communications.
Coordinate content and delivery of monthly T&D newsletters.
