Job summary

Engineered Corrosion Solutions LLC is seeking a Training & Development Specialist to assess training needs, design curricula, and deliver programs for employees. You will build scalable internal training, delivering eLearning, ILT, and VILT with a focus on Technical and Process content while onboarding and compliance topics are also covered.

The role requires instructional design experience, LMS familiarity, and strong facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field required.
• 3+ years of experience facilitating instructor-led training programs for adult learners.
• 2+ years of instructional design experience, including development of classroom, virtual, and eLearning content.
• Experience delivering both in-person and virtual training sessions to diverse audiences.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and updating training materials, programs, and learning resources.
• Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning development tools.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills with the ability to engage participants and adapt to different learning styles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively convey technical and non-technical information.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to manage multiple training initiatives and deadlines.
• Experience partnering with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver effective learning solutions.
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, and facilitate engaging instructor-led and virtual training programs.
• Partner with subject matter experts and department leaders to develop training content and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Administer role-based onboarding programs for new employees.
• Maintain training records, certifications, and learning documentation for compliance and workforce development.
• Ensure training materials and delivery methods stay current with industry trends and regulations.
• Support training strategy by collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs and drive improvements.
• Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, environments, equipment, and studio-based activities.
• Record and maintain training videos and virtual learning resources to expand access to training.
• Assist with maintenance of training equipment and A/V technology.
• Promote employee development with HR and cross-functional teams.
• Mentor future members of the Training team to build organizational learning capabilities.
