Job summary

Aldridge Electric is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator with Cornerstone LMS experience to collaborate with training, development, and project management teams. You will ensure training compliance, manage records, and coordinate training and development logistics.

The role involves maintaining training calendars, coordinating registrations, and supporting monthly newsletters while aligning with safety and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in managing and maintaining trainings.
• Strong attention to detail with accuracy.
• Experience with Cornerstone LMS highly preferred.
• Graphic/visual design skills with Canva preferred.
• Ability to work occasional early mornings or later hours to match training sessions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels.

• Maintain comprehensive training records for all employees in the LMS and generate reports.
• Coordinate training and development class delivery logistics (F&B, signage, materials, meet-n-greets).
• Coordinate each Division's Continuing Safety Education programming and delivery logistics.
• Maintain monthly training calendar and ensure trainers have materials.
• Assist with training registrations.
• Coordinate content and delivery of monthly T&D Newsletters.
• Additional duties to support the Training & Development team.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain comprehensive training records for all employees in the corporate learning management system (LMS), ensuring all records are current and providing reports as requested.
• Coordinate all training and development class delivery logistics (F&B, signage, materials, meet-n-greets, etc).
• Coordinate each Division's Continuing Safety Education programming and delivery logistics.
• Maintain monthly training calendar and ensure trainers have all materials needed for successful delivery.
• Assist with training registrations.
• Coordinate content and delivery of monthly T&D Newsletter(s)
• Additional duties as assigned that support the functioning of the Training & Development team.
  

Who you are:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resource Management, Communication, or other related field
• Analytically-minded, able to identify opportunities for improvements and suggest best practices
• 1-3 years of experience in managing and maintaining trainings
• High attention to detail, resulting in work that is consistently accurate and free from errors
• Experience with Cornerstone LMS highly preferred
• Knowledge and experience with graphic/visual design, and tools (e.g., Canva) preferred
• Ability to work occasional early mornings and/or later hours to coincide with training sessions
• Demonstrates the ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications
• Excels at time management and prioritization, consistently meeting deadlines while generating high-quality work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization

What We Offer

The annual base pay for this role is between $70,000 - $90,000. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, including: location, work experience, education, training, transferable skills, business needs, and market conditions. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. The role may also be eligible for a bonus. Aldridge provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes the following:
