Job summary

Anderson Health Services is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to organize onboarding, deliver training programs, and ensure compliance across residential and behavioral health programs. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, HR, Social Work, Psychology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Experience delivering training and facilitating groups.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, residential treatment, child welfare, education, or human services preferred.

This position plays a key role in onboarding new employees, facilitating training programs, supporting compliance, and helping build a positive workplace culture across our residential and behavioral health programs.

What We're Looking For
