Job summary

Anderson Health Services in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to lead onboarding, deliver training programs, and support compliance across residential and behavioral health programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Social Work, Psychology, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Experience delivering training and facilitating groups.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and computer skills.
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, residential treatment, child welfare, education, or human services preferred.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding.
• Teach CPR and First Aid courses.
• Facilitate Crisis Intervention training and recertification.
• Facilitate Darkness to Light child abuse prevention training.
• Conduct documentation and compliance training.
• Track employee training and certification requirements.
• Maintain training records and compliance reports.
• Support competency evaluations and workforce development.
• Assist with leadership development initiatives.
• Promote a culture of learning, growth, and accountability.
