Job summary

RTX is seeking a Training Development Analyst I in Woburn, MA, onsite, to create and revise operator/maintainer training across the Life Cycle Engineering program. You will research, develop, and update training plans aligned with technical and customer requirements, while supporting program teams globally.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or related fields, strong communication, and ability to translate complex tech for non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design and Technology, Education, Curriculum and Instruction, Training and Development, Technical Writing, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.
• Experience developing training materials or technical documentation.
• Experience in training instruction and training development in a military or civilian environment.
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Research, develop, and revise operations and maintenance training plans and courses.
• Develop and maintain training content, including presentations and materials.
• Assess training programs to identify instructional, technical, administrative needs.
• Analyze technical documentation to communicate specifications clearly.
• Prepare illustrative materials and choose appropriate visuals for training media.
• Design learning and documentation solutions from SME inputs.
