Job summary

RTX is seeking a Training Materials Developer to design and deliver e-Learning and instructor-led courses. You will build content from engineering specs, manuals, and SME input, creating comprehensive guides, exams, and labs.

The role involves lab work, material maintenance, and occasional travel to RTX and customer sites. The position focuses on STEM-educated professionals with 3+ years in training development and experience with Storyline, Captivate, and Authorware.

Qualifications

• Degree in STEM with 5+ years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years of experience
• Minimum of 3 years of Technical Training Development experience
• U.S. Citizen — access to program information requires citizenship

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, verify, review, and deliver e-Learning and Instructor-Led training materials.
• Develop training content from technical documentation and SME input.
• Create training plans, slide packages, student guides, instructor guides, labs, and exams.
• Work with hardware and software in a lab to verify procedures and materials.
• Maintain training materials and oversee configuration management of source materials.
• Travel to RTX and customer sites as needed.
