Job summary

Hive Group seeks a Lead Training Developer to drive analysis, design, revision and development of OCS training products for the Total Force. The role leads ADDIE processes, and ensures compliance with TRADOC standards, managing annual deliverable cycles on-site at Fort Lee, VA.

The candidate will oversee TD2 and TRIMIS data, coordinate critical task boards, and supervise enterprise data entry, delivering updates to the COR and Course Instructors under tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• 6+ years with Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Adobe Pro.
• 6+ years’ experience in military training development, preferably Army TRADOC Reg 350-70-1.
• Experience with Articulate Storyline 360.
• Operational Contract Support experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead reviews of OCS tasks, products, doctrine, and policy; draft recommendations for training revisions to the COR and OCS Division Chief.
• Plan, oversee the annual CTSSB; finalize high-priority task lists and ensure minutes delivery within 2 working days.
• Direct annual analyses for complex tasks; produce milestone schedules and memorandums for approval.
• Design, develop and modernize OCS training products including Interactive Media Instruction and Distance Learning.
• Lead reviewer for Army Logistics University OCS course products; ensure currency and proper routing of updates.
• Oversee data collection and future workload forecasting; maintain training architectures in TD2 and TRIMIS.
