Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, HR, Communications, or related field.
• Experience designing training programs, curricula, and instructional materials.
• Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• Experience using LMS and e-learning authoring tools.
• Strong communication, organization and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify training needs and objectives.
• Design and develop training programs, curricula, and learning paths.
• Create materials including presentations, guides, job aids, and assessments.
• Develop e-learning content and multimedia resources.
• Facilitate instructor-led, virtual, and blended training sessions.
• Assess learning outcomes and drive program improvements.
